Our repair pods are fully equipped with the latest technology, Standox Standoblue paint, 3M consumables and the latest technology.
We are looking for a Cosmetic Repair Technician to work within our repair pod in Cambridge, this is the perfect opportunity for you to handle the entire repair process and be your own boss!
Cosmetic Repair Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out cosmetic repair work to a high standard within the repair pod.
- Ensure that all repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality.
- Complete the paperwork and estimates.
- Liaise with the Regional Technical Support Manager to provide updates.
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in a safe and usable condition.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Updating the quoting portal- full training will be given.
Cosmetic Repair Technician Skills and Experience:
- Fully experienced time served painter.
- Experience of being able to prep, paint and polish.
- Knowledge of the relevant health and safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with the dealership team providing updates.
- Ability to use initiative and solve problems.
- Can do attitude with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence.
Salary/benefits:
- Salary: up to £45,000 basic plus commission bonus*
